Osteopathic Manipulation is a specialty within the medical field for which the appointment duration is much longer than common primary care visits. Often, treatment uncovers chronic strains that involve several areas of the body. With ample time, treatment releases multiple layers of these strains, which promotes systemic changes. Achieving multi-layer release is possible during a single appointment, unconstrained by time. For optimal health outcomes, a series of treatments or regularly scheduled appointments is recommended. Office visits are 60-90 minutes long and each appointment includes a full assessment and treatment.

This specialty hands-on treatment is an out-of-pocket expense not typically covered by insurance. However, many insurance providers reimburse for “out-of-network doctors.” Osteopathy falls in the out-of-network provider category as it is a medical procedure provided by a medical doctor during an office visit.

Payment is due at the time of your visit.
