Behind the scenes, to streamline office administration, we are transitioning from manual charting and record-keeping to an all-in-one medical practice software. Patient charting, registration and referrals are now done through a brower-based patient portal. Currently, this information is accessed mostly internally. When we launch our new portal, patients will be able to self-register, self-schedule, view their treatment plans and reach out directly to us with questions or concerns. A library of resources will also be available on the portal such as at-home care, tips, recommendations, and more.
