Billing
Policies
Osteopathic treatment is a comprehensive hands-on treatment which requires more time than a typical doctor’s visit. Initial visits are either 90 minutes long for adults or 60 minutes for children. Follow-up visits range 45–90 minutes depending on the patient’s age and needs. See below for details.

Adults & Children 11+ years: $420 (90 min)
Infants & Children up to 11 years: $300
At your initial appointment, Dr. Venables will discuss your medical history, the reason for your visit, and any concerns. The appointment includes a physical exam, medical intake, assessment, and a full treatment.

60 minutes: $300
75 minutes: $360
90 minutes: $420
Children under 11 years old: $200
Follow-up visits range 60–90 minutes and depend on complexity of the condition(s) being treated, appointment availability, patient preference and time constraints.
Dr. Venables may recommend extended visits for patients with multi-symptomatic or complex conditions and will discuss this during your appointment.
Please note: Online booking is available for infants and 60-minute follow-up appointments. For extended visits (75 or 90 minutes), please call or text us at (425) 298-7166.
Cancellation
A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel. A $50 fee will be assessed for less than a 24-hour notice.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of your visit. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, FSA & HSA cards.
Insurance
Dr. Venables is an out-of-network provider. We do not bill or collect from insurance companies.
Self-submit Claims
Superbills are provided upon request. Out-of-pocket expenses may be reimbursed or applied to annual deductible, depending on individual policy.
